Held annually in December (usually the third Sunday), this holiday event welcomes visitors to beautifully decorated Charles Village homes and institutions for treats and holiday cheer.

Greater Charles Village in North Central Baltimore invites you to visit festively-decorated and artistically-furnished homes from grand 1890s three-story to 1910s two-story porch fronts. Includes admission (Noon to 5 pm) to JHU's 1800s Homewood House Museum. Enjoy a diversity of holiday hospitality along the way. Benefits the VLP and CVCA. Fridays in the Beer Garden

The first weekend in June, Wyman Park Dell is the place for live music, beer and wine garden, food galore, Artisan’s Alley and business vendors, kids’ and family activities and also features a nearby 5K Race. The Charles Village Community Foundation presents this annual festival in partnership with CVCA, Charles Village Recreation League, Friends of Wyman Park Dell and the Village Learning Place. Organized yearly by the Village Learning Place, the Spaghetti Disco is always a few event to dance the night away and eat a lot of spaghetti. Disco attire and smiles are encouraged. Family friendly.
Read Between the Wines is the Village Learning Place’s extraordinary annual fundraising event. Held in our historic library and garden, this gala event brings together great food, live music, an open bar, silent and live auctions, and a fantastic time with friends, neighbors, and fellow VLP supporters.

Typically several gatherings are scheduled in the Northern Police District, including through the Charles Village Civic Association hosted at Saint Philip and James Church, 2801 N. Charles St on the first Tuesday in Augut.
