MEETINGS

CVCA hosts quarterly meetings which are open to all in the community, not just members. These are typically the last Wednesday in September, November, January, March, and May. Attend these meetings to make your voice heard on issues affecting our neighborhood.

Maryland Primary Election Candidates Forum

Meet Your 2026 Candidates!
 

Join the Charles Village Civic Association and Hopkins Votes on March 25 at 6:30pm in the Schafler Auditorium for a Maryland Primary Election Candidates Forum! This forum will feature candidates running for office in Baltimore City to represent or serve areas including Charles Village and the Johns Hopkins University’s Homewood Campus.

Invited candidates include 7th U.S. Congressional District; Maryland State Senator & Delegates for the 43rd District; Baltimore City States’ Attorney; and Sheriff. All candidates registered by Feb. 24, 2026 to run for selected offices have been invited to attend and briefly speak about their platforms and plans should they win the 2026 election.

All community members, members of the public, and JHU affiliates are welcome!

Charles Village Civic Association is a 501(c)(4) that works to preserve, enhance, and promote quality of life in the greater Charles Village community. Through partnerships, events, information, and advocacy, CVCA ensures that community voices and priorities are recognized.

No fundraising can take place on JHU's campus.
