CVCA Board of Directors.
Conducts annual CVCA policy review and onboards new Board members.
Membership
Coordinates all operations and outreach related to CVCA membership.
Nominating
Meets May-September to develop slate of CVCA Board of Officers & Directors. Includes Board & Community Members.
Finance
Ensures alignment of programs and practices with fiscal policy. Oversees budget and financial reporting.
Land Use
Meets monthly on first Tuesday to review new and continuing items on Zoning, Planning & Liquor Board Hearing Schedules.
Safety
Develops, implements, and evaluates policies, practices, and projects to foster well-being across Charles Village.
Charles Villager
Volunteer to distribute the Charles Villager print newsletter on your block! Have a knack for writing/editing? Reach out and we can see where there's a good fit.
WORKING GROUPS
Special Events
Assists with planning, promoting, executing community events.
Business
Develops partnerships with local businesses and encourages business memberships.
Communications
Manages website, social media, weekly E-news, calendar, and other communications.
Music Series
Produces annual series of 60+ live music events in Charles Village.
Community Spaces Enhancement
Promotes and participates in neighborhood projects.
